If you do not meet the requirements of state law, then the only to do it <br />using a structure is to get a Special Use Permit. I still maintain, and I don't want to call it a loop pole that is <br />not necessarily fair, but I still maintain that the way it is worded if you are a farm using any of the four <br />criteria this doesn't prohibit you from engaging in agrotourism activities as laid out in 106581 or as defined <br />in 99E from a liability stand point because that is the liability component of it from engaging in agrotourism <br />activity that does not involve a structure. This makes specific reference to building or structure so we will <br />see what happens but I am of the opinion it is going to be approved. The senate passed it today <br />unanimously so it goes to the house.
