The lowest elevations are located in the <br />western and edges of the property. The highest elevations are <br />at the intersection. There are no steep slopes on the property. <br />h. Roads: Public access for proposed expansion would be via the <br />existing church and daycare entrances along Davis Road. <br />Water and Sewer Service: The property is not located within a <br />primary utility service area. Any development on the property <br />would be served via existing private septic and well systems. <br />Note, the applicant has submitted and update to the NC <br />Environmental Health septic permit to ensure that the expansion <br />(and gallons per day) will be supported by the existing system. <br />Surrounding Land Uses: a. This existing facility currently operated under a <br />previously approved Class B Special Use Permit issued by the Board of Adjustment on July 11, <br />2005.
