He's required to submit a site <br />plan demonstrating compliance with the UDO as well as other applicable standards, most notably solid <br />waste standards. Typically, what they are looking for, they are training their sights on, xx assuring that <br />construction materials are properly buried or burned. What I anticipate <br />could happen, and I'm not saying that it will happen, is when staff is going over their recommendations, if <br />there are any negative recommendations, it may generate a question for the engineer. I was sworn in earlier. <br />Randy Hemran: I heard that the pond is intended to be used for stormwater runoff and also maybe for <br />swimming. Is that your understanding? <br />Peter Bellantoni: Not for swimming. Possibly for fire suppression and not for swimming.
