This outlines the possible functions <br />for a resident caretaker at Little River Regional Park, the applicable legal requirements and <br />available options. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Costs of a Resident Caretaker would be contingent on the direction the <br />Board wishes to pursue. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board discuss the possible use <br />of a Resident Caretaker at Little River Regional Park and provide direction to staff.
