MINUTES <br />ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF SOCIAL SERVICES <br />October 16, 2017 <br />3 <br />The first session for youth program convening was held last week. There will be some additional <br />sessions held. The date for the food access and insecurity convening will be November 16th from <br />2:00pm-4:00pm in Hillsborough. <br />Pat Garavaglia has been contactedby Mark Ponds at Chapel Hill Tire to recommend some clients <br />to receive free car repair services. She will have him contact Sharron Hinton. <br />There is a job fair at Hillsborough Commons tomorrow, October 17th from 4:00pm-7:00pm.The <br />event will include employers fromTanger Outlets and other local businesses. The job fair held in <br />Chapel Hill was very successful. <br /> <br />VII. Announcements <br />Earl McKeemoved to adjourn the meeting at 5:02pm.Pat Garavagliaseconded the motion.
