Social Determinants of Health <br />Transportation <br />Try Transit Week (TTW) was held October 23-28. <br />Partnered with OPT, Go Triangle, CHT, and the DOA. <br />Transportation Academies: October 10th at UNC Hospital and one on October 13th at the Seymour Center. <br /> <br />Each Academy taught: <br />The basics of local/regional transit. <br />Connecting to low-cost/no cost transportation services. <br />Serving as a site for an information kiosk. <br /> <br />
