Orange County Public Transportation Year in Review <br />The Board received Transportation Department updates, accomplishments and annual <br />operating statistics from the prior year. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Orange County Public Transportation (OCPT) is the lead transportation <br />agency for public and human services transportation in central and rural Orange County. <br /> <br />In addition OCPT provides transportation to qualified Medicaid recipients for transit to: non- <br />emergency medical appointments, the workplace, job interviews, job fairs, job readiness <br />activities, or GED classes. <br />
