<br />• GOAL: ENABLE FULL CIVIC PARTICIPATION <br />Ensure that Orange County residents are able to engage government through voting and <br />volunteering by eliminating disparities in participation and barriers to participation. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board discuss the Board’s <br />policy regarding the presentation of a resolution during a Board meeting and potentially taking <br />action on that resolution during the same meeting or directing the item for consideration at a <br />future meeting. <br />2
