N <br />7. Declarations assigning impervious coverage limits for the two lots and the <br />remainder of the subdivision. <br />8. Written acknowledgement (and corresponding notes on the Plat) that the <br />development and recordation of additional lots within the subdivision requires: <br />a) Adherence to the design terms and conditions of the approval itemized in the <br />Triple Crown Farms Preliminary Plan; <br />b) Dedication construction and /or bonding for the competition of the new public <br />roads (Gallant Fox Crossing and Secretariat Court); <br />c} Stormwater/ and Erosion control permitting is obtained and the appropriate <br />and permanent easements are recorded; and <br />d) Plans for the Plan's Fire Protection Pond are reviewed, approved and the <br />appropriate access and maintenance easements are recorded. <br />We have attached the amended conditions of approval, which the BOCC <br />approved with the preliminary plat.
