They are consistent with UDO. <br />- Concerns were expressed over the possible disturbance of an existing beaver dam. <br />Staff comment: according to the applicant, the dame has been removed. <br />- Questions related to compliance with stormwater standards <br />Staff comment: project will have to comply with County stormwater regulations. <br />Planning Board Meeting <br />- Held on May 7, 2014 at the West Campus Office Building <br />- No residents were present to speak on the matter <br />- PB asked questions regarding adequate turn lanes from Dairyland Road, Orange County <br />Emergency Services Fire Water Collection, and School Assignments. <br />Staff Comments: <br />1. NCDOT will not require a turn lane on Dairyland Road. <br />2. 17 lots are located within the Chapel Hill - Carrboro Schools. The remaining 3 lots are within <br />Orange County Schools. <br />3. A wet pond and access drive to meet the fire protection needs has been provided. <br />Pat Mellot said this is a major subdivision of 20 lots proposed off Dairyland Road.
