The Board asks its <br />residents to conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous manner, both with the Board and with fellow <br />residents. At any time should any member of the Board or any resident fail to observe this public charge, <br />the Chair will ask the offending person to leave the meeting until that individual regains personal control. <br />Should decorum fail to be restored, the Chair will recess the meeting until such time that a genuine <br />commitment to this public charge is observed. All electronic devices such as cell phones, pagers, and <br />computers should please be turned off or set to silent/vibrate. <br /> <br />Arts Moment - William Davis <br /> <br />The 2016-18 Hillsborough Poet Laureate William Davis, who goes by the performance name <br />“Endlesswill", is a spoken word artist dedicated to continuing the tradition of poetry in living form. <br />His most recent poetry collection, Broken Perception, is largely autobiographical, exploring the <br />themes of utilizing lessons of the past to positively shape one’s future and the complexities of the <br />human condition. The first twenty-five poems in the book can be found in audio form on a CD also <br />titled Broken Perception. <br /> <br />William Davis is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan. He studied world history, and early <br />childhood education at Ferris State University. He is a father of five wonderful, artistic, and sports <br />involved children. He and his partner Catherine Stanley enjoy planning writing activities, family <br />book clubs, and riding bikes together. <br /> <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Public Comments (Limited to One Hour) <br /> <br />(We would appreciate you signing the pad ahead of time so that you are not overlooked.) <br /> <br />a.
