Page 4 of 51 <br />Section 1.6."Lot" will mean and refer to any plot or tract of land shown upon any <br />recorded subdivision map of the Property, as such map or maps may be from time to time <br />amended or modified, for detached single-family residential use, designated for residential use <br />and for separate ownership and occupancy. <br />Section 1.7."Member" will mean and refer to every person or entity who holds <br />membership in the Association by reason of being an Owner or Lot Owner defined below. <br />Section 1.8."Owner" or "Lot Owner" will mean and refer to the record owner, <br />whether one or more persons or entities, of a fee simple title to any Lot which is a part of the <br />Property, including contract sellers, but excluding those having such interest merely as security <br />for the performance of an obligation. <br />Section 1.9."Person" will mean and refer to any individual, corporation, partnership, <br />association, trustee, or other legal entity. <br />Section 1.10."Property" will mean and refer to that certain real property hereinbefore <br />described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto, and such additions thereto as may hereafter be <br />brought within the jurisdiction of the Association. <br />Annexation of Additional Properties. At any time during the effective term of this <br />Declaration, Declarant shall have the unilateral right, in its sole discretion, to annex additional <br />properties which have been or will be developed as part of the general plan of development for <br />Triple Crown Farms Subdivision. The additional property that Declarant has the right to annex is <br />Lot 1 of the Recombination of Don Ann Acres, Inc. consisting of 104.05 acres per Plat Book 94, <br />Page 99, Orange County Registry, Deed Book 3943, Page 523, less and except the property <br />described in Exhibit A hereto. In addition, upon the recording of a document annexing additional <br />property(ies), Declarant shall have the unilateral right to extend any and all of the road rights of <br />53
