37 <br />Additional notes may be required by staff as part of our review of the Final Plat <br />application package. <br />As a reminder this approval does not exempt you from the requirements of the Orange <br />County Soil Erosion & Sedimentation Control Ordinance. This project will require Erosion <br />Control and Stormwater Plans and permits. If you are not familiar with these regulations, you <br />may consult our website for additional information.
