Application fee of $500.00 per the adopted Orange County Fee Schedule, <br />iv. 5 paper copies of the Final Plat FOLDED in such a manner as to fit inside a <br />standard file folder. <br />2 copies of the landscape plans denoting protected tree areas on each lot <br />demonstrating compliance with the provisions of the UDO as further detailed <br />herein shall also be submitted. <br />Please ensure the landscape plan demonstrates compliance with the Resolution of <br />Approval as well as the provisions of Section 6.8 of the UDO, including: <br />1. Label the area within identified building setback areas for each lot as <br />`Primary' tree protection areas. <br />2. Indicate the location and species of existing trees in primary tree <br />protection areas, if seeking credits for existing vegetation in accordance <br />with Section 6.8.8. <br />Upon submittal of the landscape plan, the Planning Department will conduct a site <br />inspection to determine if there is enough existing vegetation to meet landscape <br />requirements. If there is not enough existing vegetation, the planting of additional <br />trees shall be required. Development of additional landscape plans may be <br />required based on site conditions. <br />v. Payment -in -lieu of parkland dedication fee of $9,100. The property is located <br />within the R8 Chapel Hill District Park and the fee is $455 per lot. <br />vi. All ancillary, revised, legal documents as detailed herein (i.e. completed Road <br />Maintenance Agreement and Road Name request letter etc.) <br />D. FINAL PLAT REQUIREMENTS: The Final Plat shall contain all required <br />information as detailed on the application form as well as the following: additional <br />information: <br />A. ROAD STANDARDS: The proposed private roads for the project shall be <br />constructed and /or Bonded per the requirements of the UDO Section 7.8 and the <br />design provisions outlined in the project's approved Preliminary Plat. <br />B. NOTES ON THE PLAT: Ensure that all applicable certificates are on the final <br />plat as required by the Subdivision Regulations, Section 7.14, Specifications for <br />Plat Drawings, including, but not limited to: Approval by Planning, <br />Environmental Health, Orange County Schools and certificates of dedication and <br />maintenance. <br />Please note all certificates and endorsement signatures on the Final Plat, except <br />those of the County Manager, Planning Director and Environmental Health <br />Officer, shall be notarized by the statement of a Notary Public, as set by General <br />Statute G. S. § IOB -41 Notarial Certificate For Acknowledgment. <br />Staff has included a copy of all required notes as detailed in Section 7.17 of the <br />UDO for convenience. <br />11 <br />
