Section 5 of S.L. 2007-264 reads as rewritten: 5 <br />“SECTION 5. Sections 1 through 4 of this act apply to Caswell, Johnston, Orange, and Stanly 6 <br />Counties. Sections 1, 3, and 4 of this act apply to Orange County.” 7 <br />SECTION 2. This act is effective when it becomes law. 8 <br /> 9 <br />20
