Loving Company <br />400 Patetown Rd. <br />Goldsboro, North Carolina 27530 <br />The Bidder, in compliance with the Invitation for Bids, has examined the Contract documents and other <br />related documents, including the availability of materials and labor, hereby proposes to furnish all labor, <br />materials, tools, equipment, machinery, equipment rental, transportation, superintendence, perform all <br />work, provide all services, and to construct all work in accordance with the Contract Documents set forth <br />herein, and at the prices stated below. <br />After Bid Proposals are received, tabulated and evaluated by T. A. Loving Company, and the successful <br />Bidder for each category of work has been determined, said Bidder agrees to meet immediately with T.A. <br />Loving Company at the place of receipt of bids for purposes of determining any duplications or omissions. <br />For purposes of these meetings, the Bidder agrees to provide a complete, detailed cost breakdown; a list of <br />all Subcontractors proposed for use in the work; and a list of all items, materials and their manufacturers <br />proposed for use in their work. <br />The Bidder, if awarded a Subcontract agrees to commence work and to fully complete and deliver this <br />Work Category in accordance with the schedule prepared by T.
