Perform on -site property investigation and evaluate physical site conditions, <br />neighboring uses, driveways, etc. <br />2. Evaluate zoning issues relative to proposed HP -CZ zoning district; <br />3. Assess stormwater management requirements and stream buffer restrictions; <br />provide coordination work to determine if synthetic turf soccer fields will be regarded <br />as impervious surface or not; and conceptualize an appropriate stormwater <br />management strategy. <br />4. Review published soil survey data as a preliminary assessment of potentially <br />suitable soils for septic system use. <br />5. Consider vehicular access issues, sight distance limitations, driveway access <br />options, probable roadway improvements; and preliminary review with NCDOT. <br />6. Prepare bubble sketches showing conceptual property usage options. <br />7.
