(does not include Laws House disposition) On April 1, 2004, the Board discussed options for leasing space to accommodate the County's storage needs and directed staff to bring back a plan to fund and construct a new County storage facility to be located at the Public Works site. This amount covers the projected cost of a master site plan for the County's Public Works site and the first Parks Operations Base and phase of storage facility construction. Commissioners will consider an item on County Storage Facility $675,000 June 23 that recommends development of a building to be used as a parks Located at Public Works site operation base at this site as well. Upon endorsement of the concept by the Board, a group of stakeholders will be convened by the Manager to determine ` the most expedient plan of action.
