(does not include Laws House disposition) <br /> On April 1, 2004, the Board discussed options for leasing space to accommodate the <br /> County's storage needs and directed staff to bring back a plan to fund and construct a <br /> new County storage facility to be located at the Public Works site. This amount covers <br /> the projected cost of a master site plan for the County's Public Works site and the first <br />Parks Operations Base and phase of storage facility construction.
