For future reference you will need to submit the following: <br />Driveway Permit <br />Completed Application /| will use the one submitted) <br />Another $50.0O check for inspection of the permanent connection <br />5 sets of the up to date detailed site plan/construction plans along sheets pertinent to the proposed connections <br />Subdivision Design Review <br />
