At the <br />October TARPO meetings, Option B was selected as the preferred method out of a range of <br />potential methods. Attached to this agenda is a draft policy for adoption consideration based on <br />Option B. <br />At the beginning of the RTAC meeting this afternoon there will be a public hearing on this <br />proposal.
