She told 37 <br />the members she needed their comments for the Commissioners’ October 2 meeting.38 <br />39 <br />Paul Guthrie noted that he is less concerned the BOCC seeing this report and the way its done than them 40 <br />understanding what its limits are and that it doesn’t necessarily point to the best policy.41 <br />42 <br />Jeff Charles noted that he is concerned that if they look at some of the stuff the OUTBoard was shown and think 43 <br />about the impact on mass transit, there is not a very compelling argument for mass transit from the data given.44 <br />45 <br />
