e. Proposal to Deconstruct Abandoned Farmhouse on Former Vincent Property <br />The Board will consider approving a proposal from Pete Hendricks to deconstruct an abandoned farmhouse <br />on recently acquired County property; and to organize the materials recycled from previous deconstruction <br />projects with which he has assisted the County and authorize staff to develop a contract and authorize the <br />Chair to sign subject to final review by staff and the County Attorney. <br />f. <br />6. Resolutions or Proclamations (8:15-8:20) <br />a. <br />The Board will consider a resolution to officially recognize the work of Millard Fuller, Founder of Habitat <br />for Humanity International and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />7. Siting Recommendations - CNG Joint Staff Work Group (8:20-8:40) <br />The Board will receive a report from the Orange County, Orange County Schools (OCS), and NCDOT joint <br />staff workgroup regarding siting of the County's planned Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) alternative fuel <br />system for vehicles and consider adopting the siting recommendation, and direct staff to identify a funding <br />source to cover the County's share, $50,000, of the project. <br />b. Consideration of Non-Public Hearing Discussion Items on February 28, 2005 (8:40-9:00) <br />The Board will consider potential discussion/report items fro presentation on February 28, 2005, a date <br />originally scheduled for a. Quarterly Public Hearing. <br />c. Child Health Care Consultant Project Funded by Smart Start (9:00-9:25) <br />The Board will consider accepting funds for the Child Health Care Consultant Project, authorize project <br />implementation and approve a new Public Health Nurse position funded by non-County sources. <br />d. Appointments (9:25-9:35) <br />(1) Orange-Person-Chatham LME Governing Board <br />The Board will consider one new appointment to the OPC LME Governing Board. <br />(2) Commission for the Environment - One New Appovitment <br />The Board will consider one new appointment to the Commission for the Environment. <br />(3) Intergovernmental Parks (IP) Work Group - New Appointments/Reappointments <br />The Board will consider reappointments and new appointments to the Intergovernmental Parks Work <br />Group (IPWG). <br />(4) Orange County/Chapel Hill Visitor's Bureau - One New Appointment <br />The Board will consider one new appointment to the Orange County/Chapel Hill Visitor's Bureau. <br />(5) Recreation and Parks Advisory Council (RPAC) - Three New Appointments <br />The Board will consider new appointments to the Recreation and Parks Advisory Council. <br />(6) Il orkforce Development Board Regional Partnership - One New Appointment <br />The Board will consider one new appointment to the Workforce Development Board. <br />(7) Arts Commission - Four New Appointments <br />The Board will consider new appointments to the Arts Commission. <br />(8) Economic Development Commission - Four New Appointments <br />The Board will consider new appointments to the Economic Development Commission. <br />(9) Information Teclmoloev AdAsorv Committee (ITAC) - T«vo New Appointments
