We will need to submit projects 48 <br />to each of the transportation planning organizations within Orange County to prioritize at a regional level so the 49 <br />projects that the OUTBoard and the BOCC want to bescored will be scored by the state using their new criteria,and 50 <br />thenthey will be considered for addition in the statewide transportation improvement program.
