All of the proposed transit improvements found in <br />the Transit Plan require new revenue. The Orange <br />County Board of County Commissioners authorized <br />a referendum on a half-cent cent sales tax increase <br />and an increase to the vehicle registration fee to <br />help pay for these transit improvements.
