1 <br />ORANGE COUNTY ADVISORY BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />INPUT FOR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ ANNUAL PLANNING <br />RETREAT <br />The Board of Commissioners welcomes input from various advisory boards and <br />commissions in preparation for its annual planning retreat. Please complete the <br />following information, limited to the front and back of this form. When held, meetings take place <br />on the third Wednesday of the month. The Board met 6 times in 2015, as needed <br />to address Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) priorities. At four of these <br />meetings the Transit Advisory Services/OPT Group, including supplemental staff <br />from other County departments (Aging; DSS; Housing, Human Rights and <br />Will revise after OUTBoard <br />elections on 11-18-2015 <br />,WHP$WWDFKPHQW <br />28
