2 <br />1.Expandedthe transportation services/OPT advisory function by adding transit topics to <br />OUTBoard agendas on a quarterly basis. <br />2.Requestedthat supplemental staff from other County departments (Aging; DSS; <br />Housing, Human Rights and Community Development; Health; Child Support <br />Enforcement; and the Library) attend OUTBoard meetings on a quarterly basis for the <br />portion of the agenda that is transit specific. A representative from Triangle Transit <br />Authority (TTA) will also be invited to attend. <br />3.IncludedOPT Transportation Administrator, Peter Murphy, on the agenda for the <br />community transportation system to maintain ongoing communications as one means of <br />seeking public involvement, and ongoing administrative oversight. <br />Nature of Future DiscussionItems: <br />The Board is expected to discuss unmet needs in the service area, service design and <br />scheduling, billing rates and fares, and to resolve complaints.
