Agenda materials presented to the Board of <br />County Commissioners on September 6, 2016 <br />Abigaile Pittman, Transportation/ Land <br />Use Planner, 919-245-2567 <br />Tom Altieri, Comprehensive Planning <br />Supervisor, 919-245-2575 <br />PURPOSE:To receive a staff update on a revision to the OUTBoard Rules and Procedures <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The OUTBoard Rules and Procedures were revised by the Board of County Commissioners <br />(BOCC) on September 6, 2016. The revision changed the OUTBoard’s meeting time from 7:00 <br />p.m. to 6:30 p.m., as requested by the OUTBoard at its June 15, 2016 meeting.Staff has provided <br />a copy of the agenda materials presented to the BOCC (Attachment 1). Staff will provide a copy of <br />the revised Rules and Procedure to the OUTBoard at its November 16 meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The staff recommends that the OUTBoard receive the updates. <br />57
