with the membership application and review process would need to take place by March <br />28, with the process completed no later than the first week in April. If potential willing Task <br />Force applicants are identified at the time of the March 16 meeting, the OUTBoard may <br />offer recommendations to the BOCC. All applications received will be carried forward for <br />the BOCC to review at its May 5 meeting. Because the OUTBoard does not meet again <br />before the materials for the May 5 BOCC meeting must be submitted, the OUTBoard’s <br />recommendations may not address all applicants. OUTBoard representative(s) are <br />encouraged to attend the BOCC to address any questions from the Board. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Staff recommends the OUTBoard: <br />1.Receive and review the information; <br />2.Make recommendation(s) regarding identified potential willing Task Force <br />applicants. <br />3.Forward the recommendation(s) to the BOCC for review at its March 16, 2016 <br />meeting. <br />30
