x A description of the OUTBoard’s activities/accomplishments in carrying out <br />BOCC goals and priorities where applicable. The goals and priorities are <br />provided as Attachment 2; and <br />x How the OUTBoard’s activities/accomplishments relate to the Orange County <br />2030 Comprehensive Plan’s goals and objectives. The Transportation goals and <br />objectives are provided as Attachment 3. <br />The following final two sections of the 2017 Work Plan are developed by staff for discussion <br />and completion by the board: <br />x Identification of any activities the OUTBoard expects to carry out in 2017 as <br />related to established BOCC goals and priorities; and <br />x Identification of concerns or emerging issues the OUTBoard has identified for <br />2017 that it would like to address, or wishes to bring to the Commissioners’ <br />attention. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Other than staff time, there is no immediate financial impact <br />associated with this item. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S):The staff recommends the OUTBoard: <br />1.Review the 2016 Annual Report to the BOCC; <br />2.Review and comment on the list of anticipated OUTBoard activities for 2017; and <br />3.Review, discuss and complete the 2017 Activities and Emerging Issues lists of the <br />OUTBoard Input form, for inclusion in the BOCC Annual Planning Retreat Input <br />Form in 2017. <br />38
