The <br />Clerk’s office administers the process and has provided a December 16 deadline for <br />submittal of advisory board materials. This input is used: <br />x To review progress on Orange County’s goals and priorities; <br />x For relationship building between Commissioners and staff; and <br />x To initiate a discussion about BOCC actions related to petitions, <br />boards and commissions. <br />The OUTBoard Work Plan Input form (Attachment 1) submitted to the Commissioners is <br />divided into a number of sections, with the following sections being completed by staff: <br />x Administrative information about OUTBoard Chair and staff contacts, meeting <br />times, and OUTBoard assigned charge and responsibilities; <br />x A review of the OUTBoard’s most important accomplishments for the current <br />year; <br />x A list of specific tasks, events or functions performed annually; <br />37
