Future Traffic <br />Future trips to and from the development pods were determined by combining data from existing <br />transportation impact analyses (TIAs) in the vicinity, NCDOT traffic counts, and trip generation data, <br />calculated based on various land use codes and the buildable areas of the pods. The formulas and land <br />use codes used to determine the trip data area listed in Attachment C.
