Environmental Health <br />Board of Health voted to enact Phase I of a three year phased Environmental Health fee <br />increase in order to reach full cost recovery for on -site and well services during the FY 15 -16 <br />budget process. Phase I exceed our expectations and reduced the divisions general fund <br />support by almost double the budgeted decrease ($164,000.)
