Whether you climb <br />the Stairway to Heaven, or commit to the 12-step program, do something now for a healthier life. <br /> <br />How To Reactivate Inactive Patient Records <br />If a patient's account is in inactive and you would like to reactivate the account, please <br />follow the steps below: <br />-On the dashboard, locate the "Patient Advanced Search" widget. <br />-Click on "Advanced Search" <br />(click on image for larger view) <br /> <br />-Enter the patients first and last name or the MRN#, also check the box to "Include <br />Inactive Patients" <br />-Then Click "Search" <br />(click on image for larger view) <br /> <br />You will see the name appear at the bottom of the widget.
