<br />efforts helped Patagonia Health produce a final Cost Settlement Report that can be easily compiled and <br />submitted by every county health department in NC. <br /> <br />Instructions to run the Cost Settlement report for FY 2015 <br />1. Log in to EHR <br />2. Go to Reports -> Custom Reports <br />3. Select Cost Settlement Report 2015 <br />4. Click on Export to Excel (you do not need to select date range) <br />5. This will generate report for July 1 2014 - June 30 2015 <br />6. You will see an Excel spreadsheet downloaded. <br />7. Currently under pilot <br />testing with Franklin County Health Department, the new "photo capture" <br />process will allow you to quickly take a patient's photo (from within the patient demographics screen) at the <br />time of registration and easily click and save to his/her record. No manual uploads required! The biggest <br />benefit of adding a patients' photo is the visual confirmation of pulling the correct record for each patient, <br />especially for common names! <br />
