<br /> Demo of New Orders and Procedures Section (Sonali Luniya) <br /> Maternal Health App Item (App District Health) <br /> Billing Update (Debbie Widener) <br />If you have questions contact Melissa Bracey, Director of Marketing & Regional <br />Services, Appalachian District Health Department <br /> <br />Electronic Consent Forms <br />We're excited about the collaborative work between Patagonia Health and the Clinical <br />User Group to develop new Electronic Consent Forms in the EHR. It includes all <br />standard consent forms and will have touch screen electronic signature <br />capability. These forms can be flagged "to be completed" in a patient's record, and can <br />be signed during registration or in clinical areas while the patient is being seen. <br /> <br />This functionality will be piloted with a few counties (in June/July) and be available for <br />everyone once testing has been completed (hopefully Oct/Nov 2016). <br /> <br /> <br />Thank you Sarah Graham - Beaufort County Health <br />Department! <br />When NC DHHS Division of Medical Assistance (DMA) announced new <br />requirements for NC cost settlement reports, a critical collaboration of efforts kicked in. The development was <br />a long process to insure report accuracy and compliance and we could not have done it so well without Sarah <br />Graham, Finance and Administrative Services Division Director at Beaufort County Health Department. Sara <br />was instrumental in getting us detailed information and feedback required throughout the development <br />process. <br /> <br />This project was led by Steve Garner, Medicaid Consultant for NCDHHS Division of Public Health who played <br />in integral role as an interpreter and liaison between Patagonia Health and DMA.
