CJRD Programs <br />Drug Treatment Courts <br /> <br />ď‚—Recovery Court: Diversionary criminal court for high risk/high individuals <br />with a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder otherwise facing <br />incarceration of 120 days or more. Successful completion requires a <br />minimum of 1 year of compliance with recommended treatment, weekly <br />random drug screens and court conditions. <br /> <br />ď‚—Family Treatment Court: This court is designed for parents or guardians <br />that have a significant substance use disorder and an abuse, neglect or <br />dependency petition has been filed by DSS. The goal of the court is to <br />reunify families by providing court-supervised treatment and intervention <br />to the parent or guardian for a minimum of one year.
