He said this is proposal is a great start, but he suggested charging $5 per car <br />load, which would encourage car-pooling, yet still make some funds. <br />Evan Hatch said the current plan is to not have cars on site, in order to keep in line with <br />sustainability and low impact. He said those showing at the festival will have parking rights, <br />while all others will be transported in from other sites. <br />Commissioner Marcoplos said maybe charging a dollar a person, or a suggested <br />donation. <br />Commissioner McKee asked Travis Myren if there is sufficient infrastructure at <br />Blackwood Farm to sustain such an event. <br />Travis Myren said generators will be brought in for power and portable toilets for <br />sanitary purposes. <br />Commissioner McKee asked if these costs are covered in the $50,000. <br />Travis Myren said yes. <br />Commissioner Price said because the festival is being funded by taxpayer dollars, she <br />would like to see “donations welcomed,” but no entry fee charged.
