I. ENVIRONMENTAL: Development shall adhere to applicable <br />regulations as detailed in Section 6.13 Stream Buffers of the UDO <br />including required buffers from water features (i.e. streams, <br />wetlands, floodplains, etc.). <br />m. The Project shall abide by all applicable floodplain management <br />standards as detailed within the UDO. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED THAT this ordinance be placed in the book of <br />published ordinances and that this ordinance is effective upon its adoption. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Burroughs, seconded by Commissioner McKee, the <br />foregoing ordinance was adopted this 23rd day of January, 2018. <br />I, Donna S.
