06/02/97 3 <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT COMPLIANCE PERMIT <br />Location: South of Brandon Road and east of Fordham Blvd. <br />Description: Development of 215 apartment units in a 4‐story building, in  <br />accordance with the Glen Lennox Development Agreement. An internally wrapped  <br />parking deck will be provided to serve the apartments and future office building.  <br />The project includes construction of a new road, Glen Lennox Drive, which will  <br />connect Fordham Boulevard with Maxwell Road, and dedicated left turn lanes with  <br />signalization will be provided on south‐bound Fordham Boulevard. <br />Status: The permit was approved in September and construction is anticipated to  <br />begin in spring of 2018. Submittal of a Development Agreement Compliance Permit  <br />to permit an office building directly adjacent to the apartment building is  <br />anticipated inspring of 2018.  <br />28
