Eligibility is determined in coordination of information from the U.S. Census as <br />well as other data used to identify key neighborhoods recognized as having residents who could <br />benefit from such a service. <br /> <br />NES has served over 120,000 customers since 2009. . <br /> <br /> <br />Financial Impact <br />There is no financial impact to Orange County, the Town of Chapel Hill or their residents and <br />Duke Energy Customers. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />Please see the accompanying PowerPoint presentation. <br />13
