06/02/97 4 <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Location: 125 Old Durham Road <br />Description: 130,000 sq. ft. floor area; 750 parking spaces; existing zoning  <br />Community Commercial and Neighborhood Commercial‐Conditional. Access to the  <br />site via Old Durham Road and ingress only via 15‐501 Service Road. <br />Status: Council approved Special Use Permit in October 2017.  Town will be issuing  <br />permit shortly to allow demolition and rough grading.  Site work is currently  <br />expected to begin in late summer of 2018, with construction on the store to begin  <br />in the fall of 2018, and completion expected in the spring of 2020. <br />29
