Review of zoning and related criteria, physical site conditions, and regulatory issues <br />pertaining to property usage for affordable housing purposes. <br />2. Verify that stormwater management issues will not apply. <br />3. Verify stream and stream buffer requirements along the western edge of the <br />properties. Identify and coordinate any wetlands investigations that might be needed <br />for onsite development or for offsite utility extensions. <br />4. Provide "high - level" feasibility and capacity study for public water and sewer service <br />and associated extensions /connections, prepare preliminary estimate of associated <br />construction value, identify any unusual permitting requirements, easements that <br />may be needed, etc. Consult with OWASA as needed for this work. <br />5. Prepare sketches showing usable land for residential development, number of <br />usable lots anticipated, recommended routes of offsite utility extensions, <br />identification of associated roadway impacts for utility work, recommendations for <br />shared driveways as may be appropriate, etc. <br />6.
