The <br />total base bid price shall be the sum of all unit cost extensions and line items listed. <br />Should the actual quantities be increased or decreased relative to the estimated quantities included in the <br />Proposal, the Unit Prices shown will be used to adjust the contract price in accordance with the contract <br />documents throughout the life of the contract. <br />The Schedule of Values which will be used in the contractor's application for payment shall be the items, <br />units, unit prices and total prices all as shown herein. <br />Bidder understands that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities <br />in the bidding.
