Repair of damaged or deterioraed wood deck <br />B. Replacement of damaged or deteriorated wood nailers and blocking. <br />1.03 Related Work <br />A. Section 024119 — Selective Demolition <br />B. Section 076200 — Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim <br />1.04 Environmental Conditions <br />Material installation shall proceed only when weather conditions are in compliance with the <br />manufacturer's recommendations for installation and no precipitation is imminent. Materials <br />installed during adverse weather conditions shall be subject to rejection including removal and <br />replacement. <br />1.05 Quality Assurance <br />A. Provide sufficient qualified workmen and supervisors who shall be present at all times <br />during execution of this portion of the work and who shall be familiar with the type of <br />construction involved and the materials and techniques specified. <br />B. The Owner shall make no allowance for lack of skill of the workmen. <br />1.06 Submittals <br />A. Product Data: For each type of process and factory- fabricated product. Indicate <br />component materials and dimensions and include construction and application details. <br />B. Structural Composite Lumber: Submit manufacturer's published structural data including <br />span tables, marked to indicate which sizes and grades are being used; if structural <br />composite lumber is being substituted for dimension lumber or timbers, submit grading <br />agency structural tables marked for comparison. <br />C. Include data for wood - preservative treatment from chemical treatment manufacturer and <br />certification by treating plant that treated materials comply with requirements.
