Final payment will be made to the Contractor only after three signed and notarized copies <br />of the warranties and guarantees have been submitted and the membrane manufacturer <br />acknowledges that all bills are paid. All such documents shall show the project name, <br />project number, and location and the Owner's name. <br />I. All new materials and workmanship covering work provided under Section 076200 Sheet <br />Metal Flashing and Trim shall be guaranteed in writing by the Contractor to be in a <br />watertight condition for a period of five years after date of final payment. <br />The effective date of all warranties shall be the same and shall be on the date of the last <br />final inspection when the Owner, Designer, Contractor and Manufacturer agree that all <br />work has been completed in substantial compliance with the plans and specifications. <br />K.
