All tools, equipment, materials, scrap, debris and waste shall be removed from the project <br />site and a final progress cleaning conducted in accordance with this section. <br />C. Unless otherwise directed by the Owner, the Contractor shall clean all adjacent areas on the <br />site and completely remove all resultant debris. <br />3.04 Visually inspect all exterior surfaces and remove all traces of dirt, waste materials, smudges, <br />splashed materials and other foreign matter. The Designer may require that light sandblasting or <br />other cleaning be performed at no additional cost to the Owner.
