Contractors affidavit of payment of debts and claims: Submit on AIA G706. <br />E. Contractor shall submit Consent of Surety to final payment. <br />F. Certification letter that no asbestos - containing materials were used. <br />G. Two complete sets of as -built drawings — including a copy of both design and shop drawings <br />with changes clearly marked. <br />H. Contractor shall be responsible for proper execution of all submittals required by this section <br />prior to delivery to the Owner through the Designer. <br />I. Contractor shall submit a final statement of accounting to the Owner. The statement shall <br />reflect all adjustments including but not limited to: <br />1. Original contract sum. <br />2. Change orders noting such items as: <br />a. Unit prices <br />b. Cash allowances <br />C. Deductions for uncorrected work <br />d. Deductions for reinspection payments <br />e. Other adjustments <br />3. Total adjusted contract sum. <br />4. Previous payments. <br />5. Remaining sum due. <br />J. The Designer shall prepare a final change order reflecting approved adjustments not <br />previously noted by change orders. <br />3.05 Final Application for Payment <br />A. Contractor shall submit final application for payment in accordance with the specifications. <br />B.
