Close -out submittals required for trades: Respective section of specification <br />1.04 Quality Assurance <br />A. All documents submitted to the Designer shall be signed by a person authorized to endorse <br />contracts on behalf of the Contractor. <br />B. All formats for documents shall be approved by the Designer. <br />PART2 PRODUCTS <br />Not Used <br />PART 3 EXECUTION <br />3.01 Substantial Completion <br />A. Substantial completion — The Work has progressed to the point where, in the opinion of the <br />Designer, it is sufficiently complete, in accordance with the Contract Documents, so that the <br />Work can be utilized for the purposes for which it is intended. <br />B. Submit written certification to the Designer when the project or designated portion of the <br />project is substantially complete. A list of major items to be completed or corrected shall be <br />stated. <br />C. Owner and Designer shall make an inspection within ten days after receipt of certification. <br />D. Should the Owner and Designer determine that the work is substantially complete, the <br />Designer shall prepare and issue a certificate of substantial completion containing: <br />1.
