Asset Management Services <br />PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: Finn & Hunter Properties, LLC Tracts <br />Morris Grove Assembly Boundary /Physical Surveys <br />Orange County, NC <br />SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: Deed research, field measurements, <br />computations and drafting necessary to perform a Boundary Survey with mapping for the <br />location of property lines and easements as found in the public record, all observable <br />structures and improvements and any encroachments crossing property lines for thirteen <br />tracts (PINs 9860 -86 -9817, 9860 -86 -9731, 9860 -86 -9622, 9860 -86 -5327, 9860 -86 -3374, <br />9860 -86 -4404, 9860 -86 -3200, 9860 -86 -2171, 9860 -86 -2032, 9860 -85 -2900, 9860 -85 -1759, <br />9860 -85 -4801, and 9860- 85- 7801).The survey shall conform in all respects with 21 NCAC <br />56(NC Standards of Practice) and G.S. 47- 30(Plat mapping for recordation standards). <br />Fixed Fee: $9,200.00 <br />Special Provisions- 1) We are prepared to begin work within one week upon receipt <br />of executed separate County Contract. Please allow 2 -3 <br />weeks thereafter for completion and delivery of the survey. <br />The Terms and Conditions following this form are a part of this Agreement.
