Fikes, ext. 2490 <br />TELEPHONE NUMBERS: <br />Hillsborough 732-8181 <br />Chapel Hill 968-4501 <br />Durham 688-7331 <br />PURPOSE: To present to the Board of Commissioners the Annual Affordable Ho <br />Performance Report from the Orange County Affordable Housing Advisory Board. <br />BACKGROUND: The Orange County Affordable Housing Advisory Board was created in <br />2001 as the official advisory body on affordable housing to the Orange County Board of <br />Commissioners. One of the activities of this Board is to provide information regarding the <br />affordable housing accomplishments in the County. Martha Hoylman, Chair will present the <br />Annual Performance Report for 2004. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the <br />presentation of the Affordable Housing Performance Report as information.
